Hi Katie, Watched the replay. Yes, I was the one with the toad…ha ha! I did have a question in regards to the meditations…I know ideally we should meditate eveyday but sometimes it doesn’t happen. Does that mean one would not gain the valuable insight of this program by not doing this?
Thank you!

Hi Gloria: Great question! You absolutely do NOT have to meditate each day. While it’s helpful to develop a practice of checking in with yourself, whether that’s a brief centering or visualization, or a full-blown trip to your heart garden, it’s important to do what works for you and to not feel pressured. That balance of: developing a good, self-caring practice without feeling guilt or pressure to do so. Guilt doesn’t work. 🙂 So, no guilt or pressure – just checking in with your inner world as something comes up and as you’re able to. Developing that gentle, committed, personal practice is the key here (and that will vary for you over time). xo Katie
Thank you Katie!! this is great and I appreciate it!
